A proud graduate of Texas Tech University, Dennis ”Buzz” White returned to his West Texas roots in 2012, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the local real estate market. Since beginning his career in 1997, Dennis has built a reputation for versatility, moving between residential sales, large-scale development, and agricultural land.

Dennis spent the early years of his career in Springfield, MO, where he transitioned from residential real estate into the world of development. Over five years, he partnered with local builders to successfully launch five subdivisions, gaining invaluable insight into the complexities of land use and community growth. Since returning to Lubbock, he has leveraged that expertise to help investors identify and develop high-potential properties across the South Plains.

In addition to his work in development, Dennis is a dedicated advocate for the region’s agricultural community. He takes great pride in helping ag clients navigate the unique challenges of buying and selling land, ensuring that the legacy of the Texas panhandle remains strong for the next generation of producers.

Outside of the office, Dennis is a true family man. He and his wife, Donna, stay busy keeping up with their six children and 30 grandchildren. Whether he is analyzing a development plat or walking a section of farmland, Dennis remains driven by the same goal: helping his clients find their piece of Texas.
