The land lays well is mostly level with minimal contour. The elevation ranges from the highest point of 3910 ft to 3879 ft at the lowest. Due to the rural nature of the property, the property hosts excellent hunting for: Mule Deer,Blue (Scaled) Quail, Bob White Quail, and Dove. Many dove, bob-white quail, and blue quails were seen on the property. Signs of Mule tracks and bedding were also found on he property. Occasional whitetail deer are seen in the area too.
