Finance Your Land and/or Home Construction
Below is a list of mortgage companies and financers who we've worked with before. You are welcome to use a company of your choice, this is just a recommended list of proven lenders who have helped us and customers in the past:
OWNER FINANCING
Additionally, owner financing is offered, with 25% down, a 7% annual interest rate, on a 10 year term. With a purchase price of $99,950, these terms would make the payment $870.38.

The title company will draw up the owner finance documents at the closing. Once the down payment is made at the title company, the note will be sent to a third party servicer for you to make payments to. A one time set up fee of $100 is required, and a $18.50 monthly servicing fee, making the total payment (in the above example) $888.88 per month for 120 months.
There is no prepayment penalty with these owner finance notes. If you plan on building on your tract of land soon after purchase (while using owner financing), you should check with a lender to see how to proceed if you are also planning on financing the construction.
